Warespan Terms of Use

Permission to use the game

Subject to these Terms and any terms imposed by the app store through which you receive Warespan, iGears grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use Warespan for private, non-commercial entertainment on devices you own or control.

Acceptable use

You may not:

• copy, distribute, sell, rent, sublicense, or commercially exploit Warespan or its assets except where applicable law expressly permits it;
• reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works from Warespan except to the limited extent such a restriction is prohibited by law;
• bypass security or platform controls, interfere with normal operation, or use Warespan to violate law or the rights of others; or
• falsely represent that you created, publish, or are officially associated with Warespan or iGears.

Ownership

Warespan, including its software, artwork, writing, music, sound, designs, logos, and other content, is owned by or licensed to iGears and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you. Third-party names and platform marks belong to their respective owners.

Saved data and availability

The current version of Warespan is an offline, single-player game. Saved games, settings, and progression are stored locally and may be lost if you erase app data, uninstall the game, change devices, or experience device or storage failure. Unless a future version expressly provides a backup service, you are responsible for maintaining any device-level backup available to you.

We may update, suspend, or discontinue Warespan or particular features. We do not promise that the game will always be available, compatible with every device or operating-system version, or free from interruption or error.

Purchases and advertising

The game offers optional permanent, non-consumable cosmetic purchases. The product, local price, and terms are shown before purchase. Apple App Store or Google Play processes payment, maintains the store purchase record, and applies its billing, family-sharing, cancellation, and refund rules. Cosmetic access is granted after the store reports a completed transaction. The Restore Purchases control asks the applicable store to re-check eligible ownership. Availability and restoration depend on the store account, network, platform, and store service. Purchases do not grant dinars, gameplay power, scores, or faster progress, and no purchase is required to play.

The game also offers one optional rewarded-ad opportunity per game season for a disclosed in-game currency reward. Advertising is not required to play or progress, and no purchase is required to remove or avoid ads because there are no forced ads. Ad availability is not guaranteed. Advertising and purchase data practices are described in the Warespan Privacy Policy and applicable store disclosures.

Age and supervision

You must meet the minimum age required by your local law and the app store you use. If you are not legally able to agree to these Terms, a parent or guardian must review and agree to them for you.

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Warespan is provided “as is” and “as available.” iGears disclaims warranties that may legally be disclaimed, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, iGears will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, opportunity, or goodwill arising from Warespan. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greatest extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Alberta will have jurisdiction, except where applicable consumer law requires a different forum or grants you additional rights.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when Warespan, its services, or legal requirements change. The date at the top identifies the latest version. If a change requires consent under applicable law, we will request it as required.
