Our own game · Caravan Trade Strategy
Warespan
Read the market. Plan the road. Explain every dinar. Build a caravan career across Safa, Kalan and Qamar. Compare prices, choose cargo, negotiate, craft valuable goods, prepare for uncertain routes, and turn fourteen days into a season worth remembering.
In external testing — coming soon to iPhone, iPad and Android

The idea
A trading game where the arithmetic is the fun
Most trading games hide the numbers and hope the loop carries you. Warespan does the opposite: destination value, travel cost, water need, cargo risk and expected profit are all on screen before you commit a single dinar. The decision is never "what does this do?" — it is "is this margin worth the road?"
Then the road answers back. Route events ask for money, time, reputation or supplies, and the ledger records every one of them. A season is fourteen days, which is short enough to replay and long enough that a bad third-day decision is still visible on the last page.
Calm on purpose
No timers, no server, nobody watching
Warespan is single-player and offline-first. There is no account to make, no energy meter counting down while you are away, and no backend deciding what your market looks like — the Daily Market is a fixed seed, so the same world is reproducible on your own schedule.
Even the friends league is honest about itself: the board and the player trades are simulations generated on your device and labelled as such in the game. No contacts are read, no real users are involved, and nothing is uploaded.
At a glance
ca.igears.warespanWhat is in it
A compact season with real depth
Every journey is a trade-off
See destination value, travel costs, water needs, cargo risk and expected profit before you commit. Route events then ask you to make clear choices about money, time, reputation and supplies.
A compact season with real depth
Trade twenty core goods, use ten workshop recipes, fulfill delivery contracts and complete three rotating Guild Journal goals during each fourteen-day season. Beyond each season, discover 720 curio variants, craft 160 blueprints, finish five multi-stage merchant chapters and personalize the visible caravan camp.
A reason to return
Try a fixed-seed Daily Market, move from Relaxed Caravan to Trade Master, improve your best season, build a daily streak, unlock achievements and compare with a clearly labelled on-device simulated friends league. No account or server is required.
Made to travel
Warespan is a calm, single-player experience that works offline, needs no account, and does not require a custom game server.
Designed for more players
Play in English, French, Spanish, German, Brazilian Portuguese, Japanese, Korean, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese and Arabic. The interface supports safe areas, phone and tablet layouts, right-to-left Arabic, reduced motion and audio controls.

Screens from the caravan
Captures from the game as built — no device frames, no store badges and no editor chrome.

Offline-first, and specific about it
What the game does and does not do
An offline single-player game is easy to claim and easy to quietly walk back. Here is the actual behaviour of version 1.0, in the same words the privacy policy uses.
Stays on your device
- Core gameplay works offline — no connection required to trade a season.
- No Warespan account, no login and no custom game server.
- The friends-only Daily Market board and player trades are clearly disclosed on-device simulations — no real users are involved.
- Saved games, settings, progression and career records stay on the device.
- No access to contacts, precise location, photos or the microphone is requested.
- No cloud save or cross-device synchronization in this version.
Optional, and only if you choose it
One optional rewarded video per season
A player-triggered rewarded video may grant 20 dinars, once per season. There is no banner and no interstitial advertising, and advertising is never required to play or progress. Where required, Google's User Messaging Platform asks for advertising consent first, and the choices can be reopened from Settings › Privacy & Data.
Three permanent cosmetic packs
Patron Caravan, Grand Bazaar Gallery and the Guild Collection bundle — all permanent, all non-consumable, all restorable. They never grant dinars, gameplay power, scores or faster progress, and the full trading game is playable without a purchase. The store shows the local price.
Warespan is in external testing and is not yet released. This page describes version 1.0 as built; nothing here is a release date, a price or a store listing.
Engineering
What building this actually took
- A deterministic economy: the fixed-seed Daily Market reproduces the same world for every attempt, with no server deciding it.
- Twenty tradeable goods, ten workshop recipes and delivery contracts balanced across a fourteen-day season.
- Three rotating Guild Journal goals seeded per season, resolved entirely on the device.
- 720 curio variants and 160 craftable blueprints held on-device, with no content download.
- Five multi-stage merchant chapters and a visible, customizable caravan camp.
- A friends league and player trades implemented as labelled local simulations — no account, contacts or backend.
- Ten fully localized interfaces including right-to-left Arabic, with safe-area, phone and tablet layouts.
- Reduced-motion, audio and local-data controls, plus an erasable on-device diagnostic log.
- Google Mobile Ads with the User Messaging Platform consent flow gating a single optional rewarded video per season.
- Store-compliance work that matches the code: privacy answers, data-safety declarations and restore-purchases support.
Accessibility and comfort
- Reduced-motion support.
- Audio controls, including full mute.
- Right-to-left Arabic layout.
- Safe-area aware phone and tablet layouts.
- Local-data controls under Settings › Privacy & Data.
