Licence and acceptable use

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Game for lawful, non-commercial entertainment on devices you own or control, subject to applicable app-store terms. You may not sell, sublicense, distribute, reverse engineer except where law expressly permits, interfere with, exploit, automate or use the Game to violate law or another person’s rights.

The Game and its code, artwork, text, audio, trademarks and other content are owned by or licensed to iGears Technology Limited. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you.

Offline modes, dates and local data

Daily Tomb, Weekly Contract and season content uses the device’s UTC date. Changing a device clock, clearing data, reinstalling, using modified software or moving between devices can affect local records. Version 1.0.0 has no account or cloud leaderboard and does not promise cross-device save transfer. Back up your device through platform features where available.

Optional advertising and purchases

The Game may offer voluntary rewarded advertising. Declining an ad does not block core play. Rewards are granted only after the advertising provider reports completion and are limited as described in the Game.

The Game may offer one-time cosmetic digital items through Apple App Store or Google Play. Prices, taxes, billing, refunds and family approval are handled under the store’s rules. Purchased non-consumables can be restored where the store confirms ownership. Cosmetics do not confer ownership of Game assets outside the limited licence above.

Availability and changes

We may correct bugs, rebalance rules, add or retire compatible content, or discontinue features where permitted by law. We do not guarantee that every device, operating system version, third-party ad, store service or dated content rotation will always be available. Core version 1.0.0 play is designed to work offline, but purchases, restoration, legal pages and optional ads require third-party network services.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Game is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties not expressly required by law. We do not exclude rights that cannot legally be excluded. To the maximum extent permitted by law, iGears Technology Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, loss of local progress, or third-party service failure. Any mandatory liability remains limited only as the applicable law allows.

Suspension, governing terms and contact

We may restrict use that materially violates these Terms or threatens the Game or others. App-store terms and mandatory consumer law may also apply.

iGears Technology Limited operates from Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, with engineering in Hong Kong. These Terms and any dispute concerning the Game are subject to the laws applicable in Alberta, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and you and iGears Technology Limited submit to the courts of Alberta, Canada. Nothing in this section removes a mandatory consumer-protection right, or the right to bring a claim in the courts of your own place of residence, where the law where you live gives you that right.
